Question Cards - prompts designed to spark deep reflection, each marked with a small fruit symbol.

Fruit Cards - cards featuring only a fruit illustration. These act as wild cards to trigger shared storytelling.


๐Ÿ”” Setting the Space

Find a quiet place to sit in a circle. Take one slow, collective breath to let the room settle into stillness.

The Guardian of Presence: Designate one person to ring a bell or call for a shared breath whenever the energy becomes scattered - to bring everyone back to the now.

๐ŸŒ€ How to Play

The game moves clockwise around the circle.

The Turn - Draw the top card. If it's a Question Card, read it aloud and share your honest answer.

The Art of Listening - While one person speaks, everyone else offers full, silent presence. Comments are not needed unless the speaker asks.

โŠน Personal Somatic Shift: If your card includes a small fruit symbol, wait until you have finished expressing your answer. Then gently bring your awareness to the body area mapped to that fruit (see the Body Map below). This awareness stays with you as the round continues.

โŠน Collective Pause: If a Large Fruit card appears, the entire group brings attention together to the body center shown on the Body Map.

โŠน The Spiral: If a big Spiral card appears, the group enters 15 seconds of silent full-body awareness, slowly scanning the body from head to toe.

โŠน Let awareness remain in the body as the circle continues.

On Resistance: If a question feels too personal, it is okay to pass. But notice that feeling - whatever you resist most has power over you. Leaning into resistance is often where the greatest freedom is found.
